1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Yoga on Purpose ("we," "our," or "us"), located in Dubai, UAE, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use of Services

Our yoga studio provides traditional yogasana classes, workshops, and wellness services. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that:

• You are physically capable of participating in yoga activities
• You will inform instructors of any medical conditions or injuries
• You participate at your own risk and within your physical limitations
• You will follow all studio rules and instructor guidance

3. Membership and Payment Terms

3.1 Membership Plans

We offer various membership options including drop-in classes, monthly memberships, and annual memberships. All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

3.2 Payment

• Payment is due at the time of registration or class booking
• Monthly memberships are billed on the same date each month
• Annual memberships are billed in full at the time of purchase
• We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers

3.3 Refunds and Cancellations

• Drop-in classes: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class time for a full refund
• Monthly memberships: 30-day notice required for cancellation
• Annual memberships: Non-refundable after 7 days of purchase
• Unused classes do not carry over between membership periods

4. Class Policies

4.1 Attendance

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins
• Late arrivals may not be admitted to maintain class atmosphere
• Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or instructor illness

4.2 Studio Etiquette

• Maintain silence in the practice room
• Turn off mobile devices during class
• Respect other students' space and practice
• Clean and return props after use

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Medical Conditions

You must inform instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before participating in classes. Pregnant students should consult with their healthcare provider before attending classes.

5.2 Assumption of Risk

Yoga practice involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk. You release Yoga on Purpose from any liability for injuries that may occur during practice.

6. Facility Use

• Studio facilities are for the exclusive use of registered students during class times
• Personal belongings are stored at your own risk
• Food and beverages (except water) are not permitted in practice rooms
• Appropriate yoga attire is required for all classes

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to class sequences, instructional materials, and workshop content, is the intellectual property of Yoga on Purpose and our instructors. Recording or reproduction of classes is strictly prohibited without written consent.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with UAE data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Conduct and Behavior

We maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

10. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify class schedules, prices, and policies with reasonable notice. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted notices in the studio.

11. Limitation of Liability

Yoga on Purpose's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai.
